The Slow Bleed

Ever get so angry that you can’t see straight? That’s how I felt when I read about Marine Murtha’s plan to gut the troops in Iraq with this “slow-bleed” strategy.

I’m reasonably certain he’ll be stymied by the Senate somehow, but to squeeze the military like this in a time of war– it’s disgusting. Not to mention, it was actually called a slow-bleed.

Know what it does? It hurts the troops on the ground. It hurts those deploying. It hurts the Iraqis. And it solves nothing. It’s about the best thing you can do to ensure defeat.

The GOP needs to make ads– now. The GOP needs to expose the left– now.
